"REO Speedwagon played classic hits and new songs, blowing away the audience while keeping the sound fresh and upbeat. The old guys were great on stage first. Very disappointed, however, in AJR. As a big fan, I was expecting more energy from him. From the start, her husband "Spider," as she called him, crept onto the stage like he was 80 years old with a bad back. AJR sang with a very raspy voice and the sound was not good. Benatar sang one of her most powerful songs, "You Better Run," sitting on a stool accompanied only by her husband and a guitar. Very disappointing. The concert, highly recommended for REO Speedwagon, can leave after they play as AJR just doesn't have the voice, or seemingly the will, to be who she once was. They were accompanied by a bassist and a drummer whom they never introduced. The sound was awesome."
